What you should focus on when you make gradient color transfer sticker ?
(1)You have to use offset screen printing.
(2)You should focus on the effect of gradient color ,the golden color，silver color and other light color can't be made through offset printing.

Offset printing the heat transfer sticker sample, appear different color?
(1)If customer send the sample the designer should adjust the color ,try to be the same color with sample.
(2)You should tell customer offset screen printing is use the picture we made, we are not sure it is the same color with the picture he sent on email.

When we made heat transfer printing ,can we use anti sublimation effect and proof effect at the same time?
You can't get what you what at that two effects. If customer wants to use proof effect. You can suggest him made grade C with proof effect because the proof effect of Grade A and Grade B isn't good.

Customer ask for the layout or large layout?
You should ask customer to give you another layout which should within our effect layouts.for example, if customer ask 39*54 or 48*64, you should tell him we can only provide 36*51 and 45*61.

After a long time, the white color turn into yellow, what effect it will have?
The white glue has no shelf life ,what you need to do is to keep it well.

Can't brush the glue on tiny line or small picture?
If the picture is white ,it can appear white lines but it will effect the picture.So try to get rid of the white glue.

Heat transfer can be used as a powdering process? Because the customer wants to be very washable, can the dusting process be more washable?

Yes, that is, the glue will be larger than the glue, and the fastness will be better than that of the glue. If the customer does not like powder, then the glue can be thickened and the fastness can be scraped.

Can you easily tell the process of adding green onion heat transfer? When do you add the green onions and what is the temperature?

Process steps: 1 transparent, 2 onion powder, 3 white, 4 glue. Temperature between 60 and 70°C

Why is there a distinction between 37*52 and 37*25 in typesetting?

Generally, the small version is used because the number is relatively small or the letter lines are relatively thin. If it is more difficult to plant hair, the small version will be used. Normally, the large version is used.
